The American forces were arguably the most dominating out of any of the other

The American forces were arguably the most dominating out of any of the other Allied Forces or Central Powers. Without America being part of the Allied Forces, they would have most likely to be beaten by the Central Powers toward the end of World War 1 (Caitlin Fbusoster, n.d). With America having a total of 2.2 million soldiers, they were able to outnumber Germany severely and making there a less need for reinforcements (Jim Garamonde, April 3, 2017). Germany, on the other hand, would have to hinder their attacking until reinforcements can be acquired. America affected the outcome of World War 1 due to its final offensive, Meuse-Argonne offensive.

With America being given the leadership role from the Allied Forces Commander, Ferdinard Foch, the American Army was able to make a substantial amount of progress. It was causing Germany to fall back little by little (History, November 16, 2009). With Germany being forced to retreat and having not enough time to do damage control and regain the fallen soldiers, the German forces surrendered from the. An armistice was created between all the Allied Forces (History, November 16, 2009). With an Armistice being made between Germany and the Allied Forces, other nations apart of the Central Powers quickly followed as well and claiming defeat. After Germany had lost to the Allied Forces, America and Germany made a peace agreement as well as other countries who were of the Allied Forces. Without America being able to defeat and push back Germany in the Meuse-Agnone offensive, the Great War would have most likely continued (Caitlin Foster, n.d).
